Understanding the Problem
"Can't generate your video. Try another prompt."
This error typically occurs when AI video generation systems encounter content that violates safety guidelines, contains unclear instructions, or requests something beyond the model's current capabilities. Understanding why this happens is the first step to solving it.
Why This Error Occurs:
- •Content Policy Violations: Prompts containing inappropriate, violent, or copyrighted content
- •Unclear Instructions: Vague or contradictory descriptions that confuse the AI
- •Technical Limitations: Requests for complex scenes the model can't handle
- •Server Issues: Temporary API or model availability problems
Proven Solutions
1. Optimize Your Prompt
The most effective solution is to refine your prompt with clear, specific, and appropriate language.
❌ Problematic Prompts:
- • "Make something cool"
- • "Video with violence"
- • "Copy [famous character]"
- • "Inappropriate content"
✅ Better Prompts:
- • "A friendly dragon flying through clouds"
- • "Peaceful forest scene with sunlight"
- • "Original character walking in garden"
- • "Abstract colorful shapes dancing"
2. Use Descriptive Language
Add specific details about style, mood, and visual elements to help the AI understand your vision.
Example Transformation:
Before: "Character moving"
After: "A cheerful anime-style character with blue hair walking through a sunny meadow, gentle breeze, soft lighting, peaceful atmosphere"
3. Choose the Right Model
Different AI models have different strengths. Select the appropriate model for your content type.
4. Try Different Approaches
If one approach doesn't work, experiment with alternative methods and phrasings.
- •Break complex scenes into simpler elements
- •Use synonyms for potentially problematic words
- •Focus on emotions and atmosphere rather than specific actions
- •Try image-to-video instead of text-to-video
Best Practices for Success
✅ Do This:
- ✓Use clear, descriptive language
- ✓Include style and mood descriptors
- ✓Focus on positive, creative content
- ✓Test different prompt variations
- ✓Use original character concepts
❌ Avoid This:

- ✗Copyrighted character names
- ✗Inappropriate or violent content
- ✗Overly complex scene descriptions
- ✗Contradictory instructions
Working Prompt Examples
Character Animation:
